Service Warranty
Dear Valued Customer,
We at Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair and our affiliates, associates, franchisees, and partners (hereinafter the “Company,” “Us,” or “We”) ensure the highest standards of quality materials and custom work. Our warranty covers any defective parts provided and labor performed during the original service. The warranty period is valid for one (1) year from the date of service completion (the “Warranty Period”) and applies only to those specific parts and labor performed that are listed on the original invoice. The term “parts” means any materials listed in the original invoice. If these parts fail due to manufacturer defects or issues arising from the original service, they will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge. The term, “labor,” means correcting workmanship errors performed in the original invoice. If any aspect of the service was incorrectly performed, the necessary labor to correct it will be provided free of charge.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this warranty does not cover certain conditions, parts, or types of damage as listed below:
- Any damage caused by accidents, improper handling, misuse, abuse, or intentional harm
- Any damage from weather, water, heat, extreme temperatures, or chemicals that are not within the recommended operating conditions
- Any repairs or modifications conducted by another service provider or unauthorized party void this warranty
- Regular wear and tear or deterioration resulting from normal use is not covered by this warranty
- Any issues arising from lack of required maintenance, including regular cleaning, adjustments, and other maintenance practices.
To make a warranty claim, we ask that you reach out to your service provider as soon as the issue arises and within the Warranty Period, and (i) provide a copy of the original invoice or receipt showing proof of service and the warranty terms, (ii) submit 3 to 5 high resolution pictures from all angles of the item you seek to be covered under the warranty, and (iii) a written explanation of the defect at issue. After you have provided these items, the service provider may require an on- site inspection to determine the eligibility of the repair of the defective item under this warranty. Your service provider will seek to schedule a visit within 5 to 10 business days after review of your claim.
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, your service provider will take one or more of the following actions, (i) attempt to repair any faulty parts or correct issues related to the original service; (ii) if repair is not feasible, replace the defective part with a new or refurbished component of equal quality and value; or (iii) if neither repair nor replacement is possible, a partial or full refund may be issued at their discretion, up to the original cost of the service.
While our goal is to ensure a satisfactory experience with our Company, the total liability under this warranty is limited to the total amount paid for the original invoice. This warranty does not cover any consequential damages, including loss of use, time, income, or other costs incurred as a result of the issue. Further, this warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages, such as those resulting from loss of business, downtime, or delays.
This warranty is non-transferable, enforceable against the service provider that performed the original service, and is valid only for the original customer listed on the service invoice. Any sale or transfer of the item or equipment will void this warranty.
In case of disputes regarding this warranty, you, the customer, agree to submit any claims or disputes arising under this warranty to binding arbitration before resorting to formal legal action. This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where your service provider conducts its business, and any legal proceedings will be conducted within the county of your service provider’s principal place of business.
Please note that management reserves the exclusive right to make changes and modifications to this warranty from time to time.
